This senior yoga class is perfect for beginners or even the experienced student. This class involves breathing techniques, seated warm up stretches, modified sun salutes and standing postures which can be done in or with the use of the chair. Each pose is held for a few minutes each. Class ends with additional seated breath work and a guided relaxation. Suggested props, a yoga strap.
