In this level I Hatha Yoga class, we will begin in a seated posture for breathwork and gentle stretches, followed by warming up through sun salutes and standing postures. We will end class with gentle supine and or prone postures and a final resting pose. Each posture is held for 3-5 breaths with a vinyasa in between each posture. Students are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets. This class is suitable for anyone new to yoga, no prior experience necessary.
