This aqua pilates class will start with warmup movements such as marches/jumping jacks, followed by strengthening moves for the arms, abs, thighs and glutes through use of water weights, noodle and resistance bands. Students are encouraged to bring ankle buoys/weights to add more resistance to the workout.
